Results from collecting by citizen scientists in the South Australian Gulf
- 16 submissions where received for 16 wetlands
- Samples were received from six species
- Samples received included feathers from the Australian pelican, Pacific black duck, Australian wood duck, Purple swamphen, Australian white ibis and Black swan
- Feathers from the Australian white ibis found in this basin area will be studied further to determine the genetic relatedness between urban, coastal and inland population groups
